About the Tournament

The 3v3 Event consists of four separate tournaments: two tournaments for grades 10 through and including 12, and two tournaments for grade 9 and younger. 

Each tournament has two divisions: one for single-sex teams, and one co-ed forced team. In each age bracket, there are ten teams, comprising two brackets.

For example:
Tournament One: 10th-12th Grade Single Sex (10 teams)
Tournament Two: 10th-12th Grade Co-Ed (10 teams)
Tournament Three: 9th Grade and Younger Single Sex (10 teams)
Tournament Four: 9th Grade and Younger Co-Ed (10 teams)

All games are five minutes long.

The games will be played in a round robin format, with at least 5 games per team. Wins will be worth 3 points, ties will be worth 1 point and losses are worth zero points.  In the event two or more teams have the same number of points leading into the playoff round, the tie will be broken by counting the total goal differential per game and ranking the teams accordingly.

Any foul called by a referee will result in a 30-second, off-pitch penalty, resulting in one team playing shorthanded. Any goal scored during that 30-second period will result in the penalty ending.

Abusive conduct WILL NOT BE TOLERATED and will result in a complete forfeiture by the team participating in such conduct. That includes, but is not limited to abusive language, gestures or other conduct directed towards referees, opponents, spectators or anyone else attending the tournament. This is not the World Cup--everyone is here to have fun and enjoy the day!

NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED. The tournament will occur rain or shine. 

In the event inclement weather forces cancellation, the event will be rescheduled to June 8, 2025.

You can register in one of two ways: as a team or as an individual.

If you register as a team, you may register up to five players at one time, though obviously only three may be on the pitch during game play. 

If you register as an individual, we will assign a team to you. We will do our best to accommodate requests, but no particular team placement is guaranteed.
